CameraMall

I have been renting lens couple of times at CameraMall. I would say that it is astonishing. As a student, I can hardly afford those high-end glasses, surely wouldn’t consider buying one before trying it out. I thought those expensive lenses are very far from my life, they are for pros. However, when I discovered CameraMall, which can provide a ton of beautiful lenses, I was shocked. I am a Canon user and it has those rf 50/85 1.2, 2870 f2, 70200 2.8… every time I traveled with my girlfriend, I rented one lens and took some memorable photos from them. I really enjoy them every single time. The rental price is very reasonable. I want to give my big thanks to CameraMall for providing those fantastic rental options for me. What’s also important is that through those rentals I gradually get a sense of what lens I like, need and should buy in the future.

The folks at CameraMall are amazing, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They did an amazing job with developing my family trip photos and almost got me into film photography. I impulse bought a little disposable camera for a family trip and spent a good long while wracking my brain to find a place to develop the film. Luckily, I accidentally stumbled on CameraMall while searching. They were able to develop the film, print the photos, return the negatives, and email the digital copies. I had so much fun with the camera and getting the photos that the next time my friends were back in town, I went to CameraMall to get another disposable camera and they were able to recommend a different brand that would work better for taking pictures of city nightlife. Again I had a great time taking pictures and they did a wonderful job developing the film. They made the process so easy that I genuinely started considering just buying a film camera for fun trips. They have many options at the store for different types of cameras and film sizes and the only thing that stopped me is the fact I moved too far away to go there on a semi-regular basis and there is no camera store near me now that can hold a candle to these folks.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful!! I would give 6 stars if I could. The customer service that I experienced at the Camera Mall was exceptional!!!! I drove from out of town and was so glad I did since they also went out of their way to accommodate me. This is the only place I will shop for my camera and photo needs going forward.

Savion was very helpful and friendly! He gave my girlfriend and I great advice on lenses for our respective passions in photography! He was very knowledgeable in the rental process! He was very knowledgeable in answering my questions about the reasoning behind the prices of the camera bags! We will definitely be coming back here again!!

I started a photo book project to honor my father’s World War II experience as a tail gunner in the Naval Air Corp, but kept running into roadblocks due to my limited tech skills. I took the project into CameraMall, and the staff were so patient, and helpful, especially the store manager. He seemed to take a personal interest in my project making suggestions, editing, and making the book so much more professional looking than I could ever have done on my own. Because the book turned out far better than I expected, I ordered extra copies for my family members. Thank you so much CameraMall for going way beyond the call of duty. You deserve 10 stars for customer service!
